Despatch time for paid as-seen items will be in three working days and ASAP.
Despatch time for modified and personalised items may vary and will be communicated to you.
All purchases up to £50 sent to a UK address will be delivered by Royal Mail (RM) 2nd class at a £2 charge.
All purchases over £50 sent to a UK address will be delivered by Royal Mail 48 free of charge.
Express services for 1-2 business days within the UK at £4.00 by RM 24.
Next-day guaranteed delivery must be ordered by 1 pm on a working day within the UK at a £9 charge.
Express services will be used within the UK and are free for over £200 orders.
All purchases up to £199.99 worldwide will be delivered at a £10 charge.
All purchases over £200 sent to a non-UK address will be delivered free of charge.
Delivery speed worldwide relies on the carrier, and UK RM service will be used unless communicated with the buyer.

Returns are accepted in 30 days of the receipt of the product.
Buyers may be required to pay for the return postage.
All returned products must be unworn in their original condition with label and packaging.

Please note that the payment make take a few days depending on the banks.
All earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns unless for faulty reasons.
